Cancellation Policy
• I kindly ask to provide enough notice if you need to reschedule your appointment if needed. Any cancellations or rescheduled appointments after the 24 hr period will result in the client paying full price for their service(s).
• All clients have a 15 min grace period. We may reschedule your appointment if necessary or your time will be cut short to prevent overlapping into the next scheduled appointment. Please be on time!
• No call/No shows will be banned from future booking.
• *Lash Clients* Please arrive to your appointment with clean lashes, NO mascara!
• Unfortunately, I do not work over other artists lashes. If you have lashes from a previous set, a removal will be added.
• Due to the nature of the service, I do not offer refunds, if you experience any issues please contact me within 72 hours.
